SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers into the community.
SASSA might be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency said it is alarmed in regards to the large number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office focused on service the area each day. The support level developed for intervention activities a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tricky with the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more click here assets to permit the servicing of all buyers and maximize usage of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
